I recently received an email about another online event, which
included the URL of a timezone converter, set for when the event was
due to start, and
to which everyone can easily add their home (or a nearby) city. I
found it really useful for ensuring I didn't miss the start.

For the above event, the equivalent is:

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20200407T160000&p1=37&p2=1440

Perhaps we can all use this service, when announcing future events?

[Aside: in the above URL, "37" is the code for Berlin - what a pity
they're not using QIDs!]
