Unfortunately (most) Kaltura videos have not worked reliably for nearly two years and they've been unable to resolve the issue. http://status.wikieducator.org/ While there is no good option for collaborative video, there are some options for personal videos including uploading a video to Wikimedia Commons (in the open OGG format) or uploading to http://Blip.tv/ You can use the http://wikieducator.org/Template:BlipTV template to simplify embedding video in a WikiEducator page.
