Dear Hemant, Learning and interaction during the SP4Ed open online<http://wikieducator.org/Sp4ed>course is distributed across the Internet using social media tools. Initially it may be confusing -- however, when the course starts on Monday it will make more sense.
There are detailed tutorials for creating these accounts if you get stuck. You will find these resources under Session 1<http://wikieducator.org/Scenario_planning_for_educators/Workshop_schedule#Session_1>on how to establish your personal learning environment. You will be able to interact using the WENotes feature on WikiEducator as a substitute for Twitter - but many learners prefer to choose and use their own social media service providers.
