Personally I don't think any editor, other than simple vandals should be able to be blocked "indefinitely" by admin action alone. Too much room for abuse based on content issues.

Okay. What if the person has an attitude that is interfering with writing articles? What if several people do? "We" agree that there's a point that incivility shouldn't be tolerated.
