Define "published biography". Two paragraphs? A page on a notable website? A news media article? A detailed criticism with life story mixed in? A whole book on them? (Define "book".) You've come up with a criterion that seems cut-and-dry to you, but is actually horribly subjective and will be a matter for endless irresolvable disputes.
