Hi Maarten, As far as I could tell, entries for the awards have to be submitted by someone in close relation with the project ( http://www.europanostra.org/UPLOADS/FILS/HA2012_call_conditions.pdf). The entry form ( http://www.europanostra.org/UPLOADS/FILS/HA2012_entryform_cat%204.doc) contains space for a one page summary and four sections with a maximum of 1500 words each.
Anyway, it is something to keep in mind. I am more than happy to take the lead on this if necessary, if a few more people would join me.
