The problem is that "Zabytek" template is used in different way than "rijskmunument" - It has several fields which puts the picutre to the most specific category - i.e. to the category of voivodship or county or even for a single monument. Morever if there is a category for specific monument, the "zabytek" template is put not to the description of the picture but the description of category. I personally don't like this, but, this way of using the template has been developed by Polish commons community - and we had to accomodate to it in order to avoid clashes.
