Hello all, February 18 is closing fast: the date we would like to know roughly which countries are organizing Wiki Loves Monuments in 2012, see: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012/Timeline
I think it would be good if we make this project more known and easy to step in for users on projects, chapters and so on. I guess/hope the chapters have been emailed earlier about this, perhaps we should do again. Also I think we should post in each village pump on the many Wikipedia's a short message what the goals are, how to participate, etc. Wikimedians telling each other what WLM is about is good, but I think we can perhaps reach more people. Also should we already start on making participations more definite in Google Docs? It is only 15 days left until February 18, our rough timeline.
