it might be that the requirements differ from category to category. The
cases you mention are indeed quite different from that, and some of them
are obviously different. They seem to be especially tough when it comes to
things that can be organized (since those need the closest certification).

In any case, I don't exclude the possibility that if we negotiate long
enough, we might be able to persuade them. However, that would have
significantly delayed the recognition. It was hard enough as it is - which
you can ask me about next time we meet, but I prefer not to discuss those
details on a public mailing list as you may understand :).
