Hi Dennis, how many items are there roughly?
If you're able to get the data in some kind of excel format (or harvest them into an excel/csv file), you could use the procedure described here to create useful lists: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Monuments_database#Structured_lists I guess you could use the url in the list, and strip that to the caseid. But if the government built this website, they probably also have a database under it, that they could create a dump of, and give to you.
