Thanks Lodewijk. To clarify, I'd like to add an official email to get in contact with the International Team to the letter of invitation I want to send to the cultural institutions. It's possible they write to check if we're truly participating in a world wide photo contest, so I thought it could be a good addition to the letter to suggest that they can get in contact with the International Team if they find it necessary. Just that. I appreciate the offer to disclose your personal contact details, but I don't think it's necessary. Does the Team have a contact email?
