Following http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Welcome remains
unclear if Europeana needs to ask each individual Wikimedia Commons user
before doing the harvesting.
That would of course be the safest path legally-speaking.
Which would be the easiest way of doing it? What do you think about it?
