Hi Juan, I already confirmed to you that we processed the nominees for Colombia. (we always send a confirmation email when we received it) Also, Colombia is not on the list quoted above :)
Please note that a link to a blogpost or page is /not/ good enough though, in case anyone wonders. We really want a list of 10 url's in an email - to avoid confusion or misinterpretation.
