[Wiki Loves Monuments] Thanks+survey talk page messages

I noticed that the messages being sent to all participants are by 
default in English:

We lack several translations (I noticed Italian), perhaps the template 
should be converted to the Translate extension's page translation? Also, 
why isn't it called with {{autotranslate}}, to save participants some 
clicking?
