I think using the same questions makes a lot of sense. That way the different surveys become comparable. It would be extra double smart, if you checked the questions for validity and stupid mistakes the first time, so they can be avoided in the other surveys too :) However, for practical reasons I don't think a /single survey/ would be feasable.
