We also had an office hour a few days earlier at a more convenient time for Europe/Africa.
In general, I would suggest to speak up if you're interested in joining an office hour (As you're doing - thank you) and if there is enough interest, I'm imagining that the team will organize one. Usually the restricting factor is that not enough people show up, so if participation is indicated, that helps organizing some!
