Hi all, Some participants of WLM Ukraine reported difficulties converting HEIC images (default format on new iPhones) to JPG. They obviously can't upload HEIC to Commons because it's a non-free format, but when they try to convert to JPG directly on their phone, some of them are getting a low-resolution version instead of a full-resolution one. We did try sending them links to Apple help pages but it didn't really work.
Have any of you seen this problem? If yes, do you know any free tools or do you have any good intuitive guides for HEIC upload to Commons? We can translate them if needed. Thanks! Mykola (NickK) WLM Ukraine
