Did this ever get responded to? The post-mortem that the local team was working on can be found at <http://wikimania2009.wikimedia.org/wiki/Post-mortem>. From what they told me a few weeks (months?) ago, it's not completely ready yet. They were going to send an e-mail to the list when it was ready.
