I've created the base page with a couple suggestions. I'm proposing to
visit the coal mine on the morning of August 5th:

I remember going on some of the 2019 activities, including the Helsinki
Rephoto Walk, which was an overnight ferry ride from Stockholm, and also
some of the 2023 events.
They were all very enjoyable.
I've also had a look at the coal mine's website, and I'd be interested in
joining your planned visit, depending upon when it is held.
