Hello! We hope this email finds you well. During Wikimania, some of you
participated in the *Toolforge Sustainability session*[0] or the *Tool
Sustainability lunch meetup*[1]. Your insights during these discussions
have been invaluable.

We've transformed the initial feedback* into 25 user stories, but we
believe there's room for improvement. We're reaching out to ask for your
help in expanding and refining these user stories to ensure we have a
comprehensive understanding of the needs of different audiences (Toolforge
admins, tool developers, tool end-users) and how they impact the long-term
sustainability of the platform.

Your Task:

1. Review the existing user stories in this Etherpad[2].

2. Add your own user stories or suggest improvements to the existing ones.

3. Feel free to comment on any aspect you find relevant.

While we especially welcome input from Wikimania participants who engaged
in tool sustainability discussions, we encourage all members of the
Toolforge community to contribute their perspectives.

Your continued input is crucial in shaping the future of Toolforge. We
would greatly appreciate your feedback by October 6th.

Thank you for your time and ongoing support.

Best,
Slavina on behalf of the Toolforge Team

process.
