Quick (and somewhat related) idea: print out a good number of stickers with the Wikipedia logo and a QR code and post them on street lamps near places that have entries, preferably good articles or those with non-stubs. "Read about me on Wikipedia" stickers could be a fun way to make people more aware of Seattle's presence on the site.
