Hi Connor & all, I plan to attend the planning committee meeting on August 15 at 10am in the basement of Allen Library North at UW Libraries, in Special Collections.
I plan to help at the Labor-themed edit-a-thon, tentatively for Saturday November 2, 2019. Please keep in mind if you need to reschedule that Wikiconference North America <https://wikiconference.org/wiki/2019/Main_Page> will take place November 8-11 in Boston, & that several Cascadian Wikimedians will attend that. I have the Event Coordinator privileges that Su-Laine mentioned, & I can help publicize that on-wiki & via Facebook. We can also announce it at our Wiknic (probably August 23rd or 24th) & subsequent meetups when they resume in September.
