This would break-down each key-task into smaller components; indicate planned timeline for each sub-acitivity; person/s responsible; and track the progress on a monthly basis. It is also proving difficult, especially, as many tasks have multiple stakeholders like institution/community/community member, which makes it difficult to give a decent projection of time. We will soon try and share drafts of these for feedback from you and other community members, to seek help in better designing this. More anon...
