It's back to normal for me now. Afaict, the servers hosting the static CSS/JS came back up later than the servers hosting the wiki content, so for a period you would be seeing the raw HTML without any CSS styling.
Vaguely impressed that it was readable at all, actually. Good HTML/CSS practice is supposed to result in the HTML being readable even without CSS applied, but it's common at major sites for that to not really be the case.
