Thank you for the respond. We I and few others wrote on Meta - this
link problematic - and it's new, although the using of Qualtrics is not.

Better option is to include the link to their privacy page from the landing
page itself, before the survey or at the bottom.

Another option could be to link to a Wiki page - with a
short explanation about the issue with handling such a survey with a 3rd
party, and linking to the survey and the privacy.

Just linking directly from a banner to their website (where they are also
tracking users via Facebook and Google pixels), is kind of advertising from
my point of view.
