Hi Jethro, Two questions:
(1) How are the results looking from the Gender Gap campaign in IdeaLab? (2) If WMF does this again, will the campaign be designed and resourced in a way that doesn't disrupt the other grants process flows? I have painful memories of what happened in the PEG process last time. I hope that, with the addition of interns or other HR shuffles, the other grants process flows can continue normally. Thanks!
