There is: https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:Travellers'_pub which serves the purpose of a general noticeboard; it also lists several other more specific venues. It is not necessary for smaller projects to have the number of noticeboards - let alone the overall bureaucracy - that are used by larger projects. If the OP has a /specific/ issue they should raise it on the above page.
