Just a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit your application for the
Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2025 is approaching! We’d love to see your application,
so don’t miss the opportunity to participate.

Affiliated groups and community delegates can register until June 15th.

Self-funded participants can register until July 31st, although we encourage
earlier registration if you wish to book accommodation in the same hotel.
You can find the registration and scholarship application form on Pretix, a
free and open-source third-party platform used to manage events, at the
following link: https://pretix.eu/wikimedia-events/wmcee-2025/

Please keep in mind that the official language of theconference is English and
