This update fixes a few issues that came up in our DSA audit <https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Legal:Wikimedia_Foundation_EU_Compliance/DSA_Publication_Archive> and clarifies a few sections in the ToU, but does not substantively change them; there’s no change to what people can do on the sites or how the Foundation enforces anything.
