Dear Community Members, Since 2021, the 8 volunteer Regional Funds Committees have been the primary decision-making bodies concerning resource distribution within our Community Funds. Many committee members have served 2 (or even 2+2 years), and we sincerely appreciate their dedicated efforts and unwavering commitment to our community. Thank you for being a vital part of our mission all these years!

Interested candidates will receive a notification once the call is open. We are, in general, looking for a diversity in members with knowledge and experience with the Wikimedia Movement, including strategic, programmatic and organisational development priorities for the region of the specific committee they apply for, and/or specific thematic expertise in open knowledge, open data, culture and heritage, education, digital humanities, gender, linguistics, youth, topics for impact, libraries and archives, knowledge gaps on the Wikimedia projects, grant-making and funding, organisational development and capacity-building, fiscal management, external fundraising.
