Hi everyone,

Reusing some of the work from the SFMOMA virtual editing session I helped
with last month, I'm helping staff from the African American Museum &
Library at Oakland and the Oakland History Center with this upcoming
virtual editing session on May 26:

Meetup page:

The theme is contributions of African Americans to college activism and the
Black Power and Black Arts movements of the 1960s and 1970s. In particular,
this got sparked when Liam of East Bay Yesterday produced an episode about
the influential Afro-American Association and noticed that it doesn't have
a Wikipedia article (yet):

Sign up and share with anyone who may be interested! It's always great to
have a bunch of experienced editors around to help newcomers.

Thank you,
Britta
