Chb ([[User:Chb]] on dewikipedia) has been one of the leaders of the establishment of this chapter. There is not yet a public website (but wikimedia.at is reserved and points to wikipedia.de), but I'm sure that soon we'll have more information. Ask Chb in the meantime.
