Noopur, I'm sorry for the confusion caused. It isn't very obvious that Commons implies OGV. Not many people are aware of that. I still come across many who don't upload because they don't know how to convert. While on the subject, perhaps you and Arnav Sonara could do something about GLAM? --Re.
