The national archives seems to be open to all public and info is free without charge. One needs to go physically to NA, search the catalogue for documents of interest, fill out an application, and these will be retreived and made available for browsing. Digitization is on, but may take years. Catalogue is not available for online request. JSecy is abroad. So could not meet. NA would contain Govt files.
