Thanks Tito for participating in the discussion. As far I know, initially 11 
language communities participated in Project Tiger edit-a-thon and later it 
became 12.
So are the top 2 contributors from each language community are getting 
selected? If yes, then are all the top 2 from each language community are 
called for selection?
