Here many of the estampages/inscriptions from various Tamilnadu temples are available. As per this Government Order, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:GoTN_Tamil_Development_Departments_order_on_creative_commons_cc_by_sa.pdf These estampages comes under CC-BY-SA license. By referring that GO document, I hope we can upload the images to commons. Please share your thoughts on this.
