Hi,

Indian courts (and the laws) have clearly stated that names of such victims
are not to be displayed anywhere publicly.
If you think wikipedia is larger than the courts, please continue the
discussion.
Or else stop wasting everybody's time and resources on discussing this .
Just follow court orders/guidelines/whatever.
