The German chapter has done this sort of thing. They described it along the
lines of 'herding cats while taking individual in-focus pictures of them at
the same time'. and they have sixteen regional parliaments.

This does have massive potential though.

How about this as a scenario...

We get community members to email their own MP and ask to come to their
surgery to take a picture for us. While there drop off an information pack
and explain what we do...

650 to do but would have a great and very personal impact.
