The resolution in the minutes is a lot broader than that. If the intention was just to provide a few leaflets, presumably it would have said so. It speaks of an MoU, which suggests a plan for much greater involvement. How much staff time had been spent supporting this project? Has Stevie done any media work relating to it, for instance?
