I think that these are sensible ideas from Robin. The draft policy is a bit
complex, and may not all be doable for an organisation of our size, but
language diversity is a laudable goal, and something we should work towards.

Speaking from a purely financial point of view, it's a wonderful thing to
put in our FDC reports and our emails to donors. It will also be much
easier to support cy-wp if there's a basic smattering of ideas in Welsh -
even if it's just the Activity Plan and Annual Report, it gives our Welsh
speakers a good idea of what's happening.

I'll talk to Daria about updating the advert, but it might be a bit late
now - big GLAMs usually require signoff on job descriptions, and the job,
although funded by us, isn't being advertised by us. We'll do what we can,
though!
