Dear all, I have just drafted a motion for the AGM regarding introducing a 3-term (6-year) limit on the time someone can serve on the Board.
This isn't an urgent problem we face - indeed the motion is drafted so we would only start to count from this Summer - but the Governance Review highlighted that it's good practice to have some provision of this nature to prevent the Board becoming ossified in the long term.
