Thank you for your comments.

It shouldn't be too big a deal to localise. Really, it's a case of
including some of our own branding, changing the Americanised spelling and
then changing the page size within the document to one compatible with
international paper sizes.

I've been in touch with the person who uploaded the file and asked for the
source files to make it easy for me to update.
