Depends - if you're approaching an individual, I've always had more success
pushing the "donate your images for the good of everyone" line - which
you'll be good at because you're a fundraiser - you probably have better
ideas than me!

If it's an institution it's more complex. John Cummings is a good person to
talk to about it. The OTRS permission email can be a stumbling block
because OTRS demand a specific wording and due to the volume of emails they
get they can seem a bit unhelpful at times (they're so busy, it's
understandable)
