Hi all I just wanted to make sure that you are all aware that the draft Wikimedia *Universal Code of Conduct* is currently open for community review, here:

It's clear that much of the feedback so far has come from the English Wikipedia community, but the code needs to apply across all communities. I would therefore encourage anyone who edits as part of a different Wikimedia project or language Wikipedia to think about reviewing the draft text through this lens and providing some feedback. It also seems clear from the discussion that a new Universal Code of Conduct is definitely going to be introduced, so it's a question of what it will contain rather than whether or not there will be one.
