There was a record turnout for Saturday's Wikimedia South Africa AGM,
with about two thirds attending in person, and the the rest virtually.
Thanks to everyone that participated.
There was discussion about new projects for 2018, the election of a new
board (5 members re-elected, 4 new members), and the decision to apply
for funding to hire two staff members to assist the chapter in its
development.

The new board will be meeting for the first time soon, but please don't
leave it all to them - everyone is welcome and encouraged to get involved.
