I did give access to the other member when she requested it. I'm not sure why this document has issues but I have reset it and you can try again. If this still fails, you can request access via the link. Also, this is the first time I am hearing that you have not received regular updates about meetings? Perhaps you could let me know who you had raised this concern with? This is quiet worrisome if members are not able to receive meeting notifications. The Operations meetings are usually well attended by chapter members.
