Hi Asaf, Personally I have always felt while reading the previous annual activity reports that the Wikisource user group operates more like a thematic hub of Wikisource communities rather than an affiliate itself. Many affiliates and communities who organize Wikisource related events and projects come together and write their stories in the Wikisource user group annual reports, even if there had been no formal communications with Wikisource user group for those events. I think, that is totally fine considering the special place for Wikisource user group in all Wikisource communities.
