Redoing r87173 with scrollbars instead of word-wrap per CR Comment: Look at http://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css versus http://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css?useskin=monobook with a window of a width of 800px. In Monobook you have the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the window, but in Vector this scrollbar is at the end of the page.
