The precise method does not matter as Google does not do anything to remove spammers from their services. A good example is for instance http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.javascript which is full of Google porn and pill spam from Google users. [email protected] is the proper role account for reports if you feel strongly about wasting your time. >I think OpenID is a great way to consolidate identities across >multiple wikis, and to identify contributors semi-formally, however, >if OpenID providers are easy for spammers to infiltrate, I'll have to >rethink the whole approach. (Spammers can easily be their own OpenID provider.) -- Björn Höhrmann · mailto:[email protected] · http://bjoern.hoehrmann.de Am Badedeich 7 · Telefon: +49(0)160/4415681 · http://www.bjoernsworld.de 25899 Dagebüll · PGP Pub.
