I didn't realize that was the whole point of IPv6. In any case, I'd say most Internet users *want* to be treated as a dumb consumer, and not become part of the cloud. Yes, there's a small portion of the population that wants to run their own webserver and own email server and maintain an always on computer, constantly updated with the latest security fixes, sitting in their DMZ.
